A Russian choreographer with a bold dream, she formed the first TODES troupe in the late 1980s by uniting classical ballet dancers with street break-dancers – an innovative fusion that revolutionized the Soviet dance scene . Under her leadership, a small backup dance group blossomed into an “Empire of Dance” with dozens of academies and international touring shows . Duhova often affectionately calls TODES her “eldest child,” reflecting the personal passion and care she has poured into the company since its birth .
